Hey legends I have up for sale my black 2007 Mazda CX-7 2.3 turbo Luxury pack with cream leather interior and power sunroof/moonroof. 144000kms.
I’m looking for a 1jzgte or 2jzgte powered sedan or wagon must be auto and must be 100% reliable. I’m not after something with 1000hp but something with 300kwatw would be nice but again something reliable I’d go for than for something making bigger power that is going to be a pig.
The only reason I’m selling the cx-7 is because I’ve spent so much time and money on it since I got it, trying to fix an (at first) intermittent misfire. I have gone through pretty much all but a few possible causes with no luck. I am a paraplegic who’s in a wheelchair so working on it has been extremely difficult and I have honestly just had enough of it and just want something else. The car still runs and drives but has a bad hesitation and pops/backfires which you can hear through intake when under load between 1800-3300rpm before boost kicks in, then once boost hits it seems to run fine. Also runs fine once at a cruising speed until once again it is under load putting your foot down.
I’m sure someone mechanically inclined would be able to get this running 100% again but I just have had enough.
